Dobaydesign was awarded the contract to convert the outdated, completely static DMO website into a fully dynamic database driven marketing tool. After meeting with the committee, Dobaydesign went to the drawing board and soon presented the TCVB with a fresh look utilizing lush images, new colors and many options for database functionality. Through and intense refinment process, they arrived at a sleek solution which provided the Bureau with a format for its members to add/edit their own records, events and specials. The approach to Specials & Packages for the TCVB is quite comprehensive with Specials (rotating randomly) appearing on all pages of the site. This feature has resulted in many members actually participating in this program, who, previously had ignored it entirely. They also chose to implement an advertising system which generates a new revenue source for the agency. Dobaydesign was available to the TCVB for successful on-site trainings for both staff and members.
