We adore Basecamp! It's very easy to use, is available 24/7 and has lots of great features. Each new website project is set up with its own private, password protected, online workspace during production. Basecamp allows us to send and receive messages like email, only they are all stored in one organized location. File upload, to do lists, milestones and writeboard space are all great tools we use daily to create your project. This keeps everything about your website project in one place, so you won't waste time hunting around for files, or digging through emails to find what you're looking for.
