This research is set forth in a document that includes true project scope, actual timeline and milestones, a list of actual deliverables, services included and add-ons available, budget and payment schedule. This helps our clients to really see what the project will entail. When it comes to our proposals and contracts, we like to leave nothing to the imagination (that is what the design part is for!). This has worked out very well for our clients. We all know what to expect of the other, before any of the real work has even started.
